Rustic Reclaimed Mountain Lighting

Last fall we went deep into the Sierra Nevada to find elements for our next project. These lighting fixtures are the result - and boy are they beautiful.

The posts were installed around 1930 to keep cattle secure and mark boundaries. The cattle are long gone and these posts were discarded in the brush, as you can see in the photo.

All told we were able to salvage 9 posts. Three have already been claimed and we have 6 more to craft. Expect to see these remainig pieces at the Downtown Truckee Thursdays this summer!
